Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MyMoms, we strive to provide complete customer satisfaction through high-quality food and timely delivery services. In case you are unhappy with our service, we will take necessary action after reviewing the concern, provided the reason is genuine and can be verified. Please review the product details and pricing carefully before placing an order.

1. Return / Replacement Policy

Items may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
a) All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging as delivered.
b) Opened, used or tampered items are not eligible for return.
c) If the product was delivered in damaged condition or is different from what you ordered.
d) All accessories, freebies, and bundled items must be returned for the return request to be processed.
e) Any issue must be reported to us on the same day of receiving the delivery.

Replacement / Return Validity:
i. Prepared Food Items – No Returns / No Refunds
ii. Fresh items – Can only be returned at the time of delivery if found unacceptable.

2. Missing Parcels

a) Ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete.
b) MyMoms is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
c) If your order does not arrive, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our delivery team to locate your package.

3. Cancellation Policy

Being in the food industry, once preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Prepared food cannot be reused or resold. Therefore:

a) No cancellation is allowed once the order has been placed and processing has begun.

4. Refund Policy

Since food items are prepared fresh upon order and cannot be reused or returned, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

Refunds apply only under rare circumstances such as:
• Order not delivered due to an error on our side.
• Order cancelled by MyMoms before preparation.

In such cases, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within the applicable time frame.

5. Communication for Missing Item Policy

Please check your order at the time of delivery. If any item is missing, we will arrange to deliver the missing product through our delivery team as soon as possible.
