12. If you believe your order package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and contact our customer support immediately with your order number.
13. We will arrange a replacement order at the earliest after verification.

2. Proof of Delivery

All deliveries require a signature or confirmation from the recipient. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, you may authorize someone else (family, neighbour, receptionist, etc.) to receive it on your behalf. MyMoms does not take responsibility for items accepted by an alternate person at the delivery location.
